热敷配合补肾益气中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Hot Compress Combined with Tonifying Kidney and Invigorating Qi Herbs in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究分析中药热敷配合补肾益气中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 2014年2月—2016年2月期间,选择本院接收的膝骨性关节炎患者86例作为研究对象,将86例患者随机分为两组,观察组43例和对照组43例,采用常规氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗对照组患者,在此基础上,采用中药热敷配合补肾益气中药治疗观察组患者,对比观察组与对照组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组高,两组数据差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷配合补肾益气中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效较理想,值得推广采纳。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot compress combined with tonifying kidney and invigorating qi herbs in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods During the period from February 2014 to February 2016,86 eases knee osteoarthritis patients were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group of 43 eases and control group of 43 eases. The control group used conventional glucosamine capsule,on the basis of the control group,the observation group used Chinese herbal medicine hot compress combined with tonifying kidney and invigorating qi herbs.The therapeutic effect of the observation group and the control group was compared.Results After treatment,the pain score and knee function score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance (P <0.05).The effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine hot compress combined with tonifying kidney and invigorating qi herbs in treating knee osteoarthritis has clinical curative effect,and is worthy of promotion.
