针药结合治疗泌尿系结石50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Urolithiasis for 50 Cases

目的观察针刺结合益肾通淋排石汤对泌尿系结石的疗效。方法将150例泌尿系结石患者随机分为三组,每组50例。针药结合组运用针刺结合口服中药治疗,中药组运用中药治疗,针刺组运用针刺治疗。治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果针药结合组治愈率为46.0%,总有效率为92.0%,中药组治愈率为32.0%,总有效率为84.0%,针刺组治愈率为20.0%,总有效率为72.0%。结果针药结合组、中药组与针刺组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);针药结合组和中药组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法与口服益肾通淋排石汤相结合治疗泌尿系结石,使治疗更具有针对性、目的性,疗效确切,有效率进一步提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and Yishen Tonglin Paishi decoction in treating urolithiasis.Methods 150 cases of patients with urolithiasis were'randomly divided into three groups,with 50 eases in each group.Patients in the integrated group were treated by acupuncture and oral Chinese herbal medicine.The Chinese herbal medicine group was given Chinese herbal medicine.The acupuncture group was given acupuncture therapy.The curative effect was evaluated after twenty days.Results The cure rate in the integrated group,the Chinese herbal medicine group and the acupuncture group was 46%,32% and 20%,respectively,and the total effective rate in the integrated group,the Chinese herbal medicine group and the acupuncture group was 92%,84% and 72%,respectively. There were significant differences (P <0.05 ).There was significant difference between the integrated group and the Chinese herbal medicine group (P <0.05).Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture and Yishen Tonglin Paishi decoction in treating urolithiasis was more targeted, had definite effect,further improved effective rate,which is worth promoting.
