电针结合超声波治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎30例 被引量:3

Eletro-acupuncture Combined with Ultrasonic in the Treatment of Stenosing Tendovaginitis Radial Styloid 30 cases

摘要 目的观察比较电针结合超声波及单纯电针治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法将60例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为两组,电针结合超声波组30例,单纯电针组30例,6天为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果电针结合超声波组及单纯电针组均能改善患者的临床症状及体征,在疼痛改善方面,两者效果相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在功能障碍改善方面,电针结合超声波组疗效更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组总有效率分别为96.67%、80.00%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针结合超声波治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎有显著疗效,在改善患者功能障碍方面有明显优势,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of cletro-aeupuncture combined with ultrasonic and eletro-acupuncture in the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid.Methods 60 cases of patients with stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid were randomly divided into eletro-aeupuneture combined with ultrasonic group of 30eases and cletro-acupuncture group of 30 cases.6 days was a course of treatment. After two courses,the therapeutic effect was compared.Results The eletro-acupuncturc combined with ultrasonic group and eletroacupuncture group all can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,and there was -no obvious difference on the pain improvement (P >0.05 ),but there was significant difference on the dysfunction improvement between two groups (P <0.05),the total effective rate of the eletro-acupuncture combined with ultrasonic group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the eletro-acupuncture group was 80.00%, and there was differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The eletro-acupuneture combined with ultrasonic and eletroacupuncture in the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid has significantly curative effect,also has obvious advantages on the dysfunction improvoment,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
