针灸推拿改善脑瘫患儿活动能力的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Scalp Acupuncture and Massage Therapy on Improving the Ability of Daily Life of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的观察针灸和推拿等综合治疗对脑瘫患儿日常生活活动能力的改善作用。方法采用头针加推拿及功能训练对30例脑瘫患儿进行综合治疗,根据脑瘫儿童日常生活活动能力(ADL)评定表与对照组进行疗效比较。结果经过2个疗程的治疗后,两组患儿的自理动作、认知能力和运动功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,而且治疗后综合治疗组的评分明显高于对照组。综合治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为63.3%,综合治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论头针和推拿等综合康复治疗较单纯应用康复治疗更能有效地提高脑瘫患儿日常生活活动能力。

Objective To observe the improving effect of combined treatment of acupuncture and massage on the activities of daily life of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 30 cases of patients with cerebral palsy were cured by comprehensive treatment with scalp acupuncture,massage and functional training.The therapeutic effect was compared according to the activities of daily life ability of children with cerebral palsy (ADL) evaluation table.Results After two courses of treatment,children's self-care ability,cognitive ability and motor function scores were significantly improved comparing with before treatment.After treatment,motor function scores of the comprehensive treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the comprehensive group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%,the total effective rate of the comprehensive group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of scalp acupuncture and massage can effectively improve the cerebral palsy children's ability of daily life.
