李航森教授中医治疗癌性疼痛临床经验总结

Clinical Experience of Professor Li Hangsen in Treating Cancer Pain with Traditional Chinese Medicine

世界范围内,肿瘤排在引起人类死亡原因的前几位。而大部分肿瘤是无法治愈的,尤其是对于中晚期病人,姑息治疗比积极治疗占有更重要的地位,且更具现实意义。在姑息治疗中疼痛的处理是其中的重点与难点。李航森教授在运用中医药治疗肿瘤方面有着丰富的临床经验,对于癌性疼痛的处理也有着自己独到的见解。现对李教授关于癌性疼痛治疗方面的经验进行归纳总结,以为今后的临床治疗提供参考。

Worldwide,cancer is one of the top causes of death in humans.And most tumors can't be cured,especially for patients with middle and advanced stage.Palliative care plays a more important role than the active treatment,and it has more practical significance.In palliative care,the treatment of pain is one of the key and difficult points.Professor Li Hangsen has a wealth of clinical experience in the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer,and for the treatment of cancer pain also has his,own unique insights.This paper summarized the experiences of Professor Li Hangs en in the treatment of cancer pain,and provides reference for clinical treatment in the future.
