半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎30例

Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis for 30 Cases

目的对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的患者进行半夏泻心汤治疗并观察临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者进行随机分组,分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组使用莫沙必利常规三联进行治疗,观察组使用半夏泻心汤治疗,治疗时间为14d,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组在显效、无效和总有效率上与对照组相比P<0.05,具有统计学差异,且观察组的幽门螺杆菌清除及根除与对照组进行对比P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的患者使用半夏泻心汤治疗的临床效果较好。

Objective:To observe the.clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated gastritis. Methods 60 cases of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control,group,with 30.cases in each group.The control group used Mosapride conventional triple treatment.The observation group used Banxia Xiexin decoction.The treatment continued 14 days,anal the clinical effect of two groups of patient was observed.Results The markedly,ineffective and total effective rate of the observation group were compared withthe control group,respectively P <0.05,and there was statistically different.The clear H.pylori eradication of the observation group was compared with the control group P <0.05,and there was'statistically different.Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated gastritis has better clinical effect.
