生化汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型子宫复旧不良30例

Modified Shenghua Decoction in the Treatment of Qi-deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Subinvolution of Uterus for 30 Cases

目的探索生化汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型子宫复旧不良的临床疗效。方法将符合气虚血瘀型子宫复旧不良纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用肌肉注射缩宫素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予生化汤加减口服治疗。结果治疗后两组止血疗效相当,中医症候疗效组间比较P<0.05,治疗组效果较对照组满意。结论生化汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型子宫复旧不良,临床在改善症状方面有一定的优势,且用药安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Shenghua decoction in.the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood stasis type subinvolution of uterus.Methods Patients with qi-deficieucy and blood stasis type subinvolution of uterus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of oxytocin treatment.The treatment group was given modified Shenghua decoction oral treatment on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the hemostasis efficacy of the two groups was comparative,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect was compared between the groups P <0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Shenghua decoction in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood stasis type subinvolution of uterus has certain advantages in improving symptoms,and the medication is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
