乳管镜下局部辨证联合冲洗治疗急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎

Local Syndrome Differentiation of Fibroptic Ductoscopy combined with Flushing in Treatment of Acute Phase Plasma Cell Mastitis

目的比较乳管镜下局部辨证联合冲洗治疗急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎的治疗效果。方法 40例患者按1∶1原则随机分为治疗组20例,乳管镜下局部辨证联合冲洗治疗;对照组20例,抗生素联合激素治疗。结果治疗组治愈率70%,对照组治愈率30%(χ2=3.60,P=0.011<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组有效率比较,χ2=0.360,P=0.549>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论乳管镜下局部辨证联合冲洗治疗是浆细胞性腺炎的有效治疗方法之一。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of local syndrome differentiation of fibroptic ductoseopy combined with flushing in treatment of acute phase plasma cell mastitis.Methods 40 cases of patients based on the principles of 1:1 were randomly classified as treatment group of 20 cases received local syndrome differentiation of fibroptic duetoseopy combined with flushing and control group of 20 cases used antibiotics combined hormone therapy.Results The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group was 70% and 30%, respectively (x^2 =3.60,P =0.011 <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the effective rate of the two groups, x^2 =0.360,P =0.549 >0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Local syndrome differentiation of fibroptic duetoseopy combined with flushing is one of the effective treatment methods for inflammation of plasma cells.
