针刀联合消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupotomy combined with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule in the Treatment of Breast Hyperplasia

目的观察针刀联合消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取124例乳腺增生患者,将其随机分为针刀组(62例)、对照组(62例),对照组口服消乳散结胶囊,针刀组在对照组治疗基础上加用针刀治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及乳腺彩超下增生组织体积变化。结果针刀组总有效率93.55%,对照组总有效率69.35%,针刀组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刀组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀联合消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生具有良好的临床疗效并能改善患者抑郁情绪。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomy combined with Xiaoru Sanjie capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods 24 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into aenpotomy group (52 cases)and control group (52 cases).The control group was given oral Xiaoru Sanjie capsule.The acupotomy group used acnpotomy therapy on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the clinical effect and Hamilton Depression scale score and volume change of hyperplasia tissue under the color Doppler ultrasound were observed.Result The total effective of the acupotomy group was 93.55% which was higher than 59.35% of the control group,and,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Hamilton Depression scale score of the acupotomy group-was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with Xiaoru Sanjie capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia has good curative effect,and can improve depression of patients.
