探讨中药熏洗治疗妊娠合并阴道炎的临床疗效

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Pregnancy complicated with Vaginitis

目的研究中药熏洗对妊娠合并阴道炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年3月—2015年3月期间收治的妊娠合并阴道炎患者62例,随机分为两组,均为31例,对照组和观察组分别给予硝酸咪康唑栓和中药熏洗治疗,两组患者均连续治疗1个疗程,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组痊愈例数、显效例数、有效例数、无效例数分别为21例、5例3例、2例,对照组分别为12例、5例4例、10例,观察组患者的总有效率为93.55%,显著高于对照组患者的67.74%,比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组细菌清除率为70.97%,明显高于对照组的48.39%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗治疗妊娠合并阴道炎,临床疗效显著,优于西药硝酸咪康唑栓治疗组,充分体现妊娠期安全用药原则。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with vaginitis.Methods 62 eases of pregnancy complicated with.vaginitis patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with mieonazole nitrate suppositories and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation treatment,respectively.The two groups of patients were treated continuously for a period of treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,cured cases,markedly effective eases,the effective eases and invalid cases were 21 eases,5 cases,3 eases and 2 eases,respectively.In the control group,cured cases,markedly effective cases,the effective eases and invalid cases were 12 cases,5 cases,4 cases and 10 eases, respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55% which was significantly higher than 67.74% of control group,and the difference was significant (P <0.05 ).The bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was 70.97% which was signifieantly higher than 48.39% of the control group,and the difference was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with vaginitis has significantly clinical curative effect which is superior to Western medicine miconazole nitrate suppositories,and fully embodies the principle of pregnancy safe medication.
