下肢静脉曲张顺行静脉造影征象与中医证型的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between the Ascending Venography of Lower Extremity Varicose Veins and TCM Syndrome Types

目的对下肢静脉曲张顺行静脉造影征象与中医证型的关系进行研究探讨。方法将本院于2008年9月—2016年9月期间收治的下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,共随机选择154例,依据中医辨证分型将其分为寒凝血瘀证、气虚血瘀证、湿热下注证,对不同证型的患者进行下肢顺行静脉造影征象分析,探讨造影征象与中医证型之间的关系。结果浅静脉曲张重度中,气虚血瘀证患者比例显著高于寒凝血瘀证、湿热下注证,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);深静脉瓣膜影消失中,寒凝血瘀证患者比例显著高于气虚血瘀证、湿热下注证,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。髂静脉受压中,湿热下注证患者比例显著高于寒凝血瘀证、气虚血瘀证,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同中医证型下肢静脉曲张患者行下肢顺行静脉造影征象存在一定的不同,也存在相应的关系,对筋瘤辨证论治具有较高的价值。

Objective To study the relationship between the ascending venography of lower extremity varicose veins and TCM syndrome types.Methods A total of 154 cases of patients with the varicose vein of lower extremity in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects.On the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation,they were divided into cold coagulation syndrome,blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome and syndrome of dampness -heat diffused downward.Differentsyndrome types were analyzed by venography of lower extremity with signs.The relationship between imaging features and TCM syndrome type were studied. Results In severe varicose veins,blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome was significantly higher than the proportion of cold coagulation syndrome and syndrome of dampness-heat diffused downward,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In deep venous valve disappeared,cold coagulation syndrome patients was significantly higher than the proportion of blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome and syndrome of dampness -heat diffused downward,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In iliac vein compression,syndrome of dampness -heat diffused downward was significantly higher than the proportion of cold coagulation syndrome and blood stasis due to qi .deficiency syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion There are some differences between different types of lower extremity varicose veins patients with different types of TCM syndrome,and there is a corresponding relationship between them.
