补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Stroke Sequela

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在东港市中医院神经内科就诊的80例气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取普通措施,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组患者的MESS评分、ADL评分、运动功能积分。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者使用补阳还五汤治疗,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency blood and stasis type stroke sequela.Methods 80 cases of patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type stroke sequela in neurology clinic of Donggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases took general measures.Patients in the experimental group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The MESS grade,DL and dynamic function integral were compared.Results Each index of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke sequel has significantly clinical effect,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
