DSA与三维螺旋CT血管造影对颅内动脉瘤诊断准确率分析

Effect of three-dimensional spiral CT angiography on the accuracy of patients with intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)与三维螺旋CT血管造影(3D-CTA)对颅内动脉瘤诊断准确率。方法颅内动脉瘤患者43例,入院后均分别行DSA及3D-CTA检查。以手术病理检查结果为金标准,比较3D-CTA和DSA诊断准确率。结果3D-CTA对颅内动脉瘤诊断准确率与DSA相比无显著差异(P >0.05)。结论行3D-CTA对颅内动脉瘤诊断准确率高,避免延误患者最佳治疗时机。

Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional spiral CT angiography on the diagnostic accuracy of patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 43 patients with intracranial aneurysms were examined by DSA and 3D-CTA after admission. The diagnostic accuracy of 3D-CTA and DSA was compared with the results of surgical pathology. Results The diagnostic accuracy of 3D-CTA for intracranial aneurysms was not significantly different from that of DSA( P > 0.05).Conclusion 3D-CTA has a high diagnostic accuracy for intracranial aneurysms,avoiding the best time to delay treatment.
