妊娠合并卵巢出血性富于细胞性平滑肌瘤1例

摘要 卵巢出血性富于细胞性平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的平滑肌瘤,主要临床症状为盆腔包块及腹痛,多与妊娠相关,术前诊断较为困难,现将近期收治1例病理证实为卵巢出血性高于细胞性平滑肌瘤患者报道如下。
