高校人力资源管理文化建设初探

On the Construction of Human Resource Management Culture in Colleges and Universities

随着知识经济逐渐发展并深入人心,人力资源作为核心生产力在"人才的摇篮"——高校的管理文化建设逐渐得到重视。为此,本文总结了当前学界对于高校人力资源管理文化建设的研究现状与趋势,对我国高校的人力资源管理文化建设的概念进行阐述,分析了当前高校人力资源管理现状及出现的问题,提出了三条路径探析,以期给高校人才梯队的稳定,人力资源管理建设做出有益研究,为我国高等教育的发展提供新的发展思路。

With the gradual development of the knowledge economy and deep roots in the hearts of the people,human resources as the core productivity in the "cradle of talents"-the management culture of colleges and universities has gradually gained attention.To this end,this paper summarizes the current research status and trends of human resources management culture construction in colleges and universities,expounds the concept of human resource management culture construction in China's colleges and universities,analyzes the current situation of human resources management in colleges and universities,and raises the problems.Three paths are explored,in order to provide a useful study for the stability of the talent team and the construction of human resources management,and to provide new development ideas for the development of higher education in China.
