幼儿园教师师德现状研究

摘要 2012年,教育部颁布《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,提出"师德为先"的基本理念。可见,师德已成为教师的核心素养。本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法对利津县4所幼儿园101名幼儿园教师进行了调查。调查结果显示:不同性质的幼儿园、不同年龄、不同学历、不同教龄、不同月薪、不同专业对幼儿园教师师德水平也有所影响。根据研究结果,从幼儿园教师、幼儿园和社会三个方面提出提升幼儿园教师师德水平的建议。 In 2012,the ministry of education promulgated The Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards (Trail) and proposed the basic concept of "teacher morality first".Therefore,the morality has become the core qualities of teachers.Based on this,the research investigated 101 kindergarten teachers from 4 kindergartens in Lijin County by using questionnaires and interview.The research found the level of teachers' morality was affected by the property of kindergarten,the age of teacher,the degree of teacher,the teaching age of teacher,the salary and the major.Finally,the research made suggestions for improving the level of teachers' morality.
