宁夏高职院校学生党建工作对策研究

Research on the Countermeasure of Party Construction Work for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Ningxia

目前,高职院校学生党建工作无论是在工作力量的增强上,师资队伍的建设上,还是工作的方法、手段的更新上,都有了极大地提升。但由于高职院校走上高等教育的时间较短,管理经验不足,党建工作基础薄弱,学生思想意识淡薄,党建工作队伍有待加强等原因,致使高职院校学生党建工作还存在很多问题。在正视这些问题的基础上,找到相应的对策,成为高职院校提升学生党建工作成效与水平的必由之路。本研究正是基于对宁夏部分高职院校的学生党建工作实际予以调查的基础上,分析了宁夏高职院校学生党建工作存在的问题,对今后学生党建工作如何开展提出了相应的对策。

At present,the party building work of higher vocational college students has greatly improved both in the enhancement of the work force,the construction of the teaching staff,and the updating of the methods and means of work.However,due to the short time for higher vocational colleges to go to higher education,the lack of management experience,the weak foundation of party building work,the weak ideology of students,the need to strengthen the party building work team,etc.,there are still many problems in the party building work of higher vocational college students.On the basis of facing these problems,finding corresponding countermeasures has become the only way for higher vocational colleges to improve the effectiveness and level of students' party building work,Based on the investigation of the actual party building work of some higher vocational colleges in Ningxia,this study analyzes the problems existing in the party building work of Ningxia higher vocational college students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for how to carry out the party building work in the future.
