摘要
案例教学是法学教育的重要方式,当前案例教学模式存在失范现象需要改革。交叉融合模式的案例教学是突破现有法学课程设置的限制,以合理、系统、协同作为价值导向,将多门法学课程的相关内容以案例作为载体进行有机联系。通过明确的教学安排,理论型教师与实务型教师的通力协作,实现案例对理论知识与实务操作的共融,并有效帮助学生提升法治思维与职业能力,从而充分发挥案例教学的内在功能。
Case teaching is an important way of legal education.The current case teaching model has an anomie that needs reform.The case teaching of the crossintegration mode is to break through the limitations of the existing law curriculum.With reasonable,systematic and collaborative as the value orientation,the relevant content of several law courses is organically linked with the case as a carrier.Through clear teaching arrangements,the theoretical teachers and practical teachers work together to achieve the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical operations,and effectively help students improve the rule of law thinking and professional ability,so as to give full play to the inherent function of case teaching.
