As a curriculum integrating information and theory, the PHOTOSHOP course creates high-quality teaching resources, builds a perfect mobile information teaching platform, and enhances students’ independent learning initiative. It is the main purpose of our teaching reform. This article takes the PHOTOSHOP course teaching as an example to explore the specific teaching implementation based on the mobile information platform and improve the teaching level.
