摘要
为探讨绘画团体心理辅导在提高高职新生适应性中的作用和效果,对症状自评量表总分大于160分以上有阳性症状的学生进行预访谈,最后确定96位大一新生并将其随机分为2组,48人为实验组,48人为对照组。实验组参加绘画团体,由三位有绘画心理辅导经验的老师分批次带领,每周一次,共6周;对照组不做干预。用症状自评量表和团体辅导效果问卷对被试进行后测发现,绘画团体辅导可以显著改善高职生的心理健康水平。
In order to explore the role and effect of painting group psychological counseling in improving the adaptability of higher vocational freshmen,preinterviews were conducted on students with positive symptoms with a total score of more than 160 points on the symptom self-rating scale,and finally 96 freshmen were identified and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,48 were experimental group and 48 were control group.The experimental group participated in the painting group and was led by three teachers with experience in painting psychological counseling,once a week for 6 weeks;the control group did not intervene.Using the symptom self-rating scale and the group counseling effect questionnaire to test the subjects,the painting group counseling can significantly improve the mental health of higher vocational students.
