高职院校特殊教育面临的困境与发展策略--以H省C高职院校特殊教育为例

The Dilemma and Development Strategy of Special Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the special education of C higher vocational colleges in H Province as an example

当前,高职院校特殊教育面临诸多问题,如高职特殊师范教育办学层次偏低、毕业生就业日益困难,残疾人高等教育办学理念落后、就业形势非常严峻等。针对这些问题,高职院校特殊教育可采取以下发展策略:一是提升特殊师范教育乃至整个学校的办学层次,二是树立高等融合教育办学理念、变"问题视角"为"优势视角"。唯有如此,高职院校特殊教育才能走出困境。

At present,special education in higher vocational colleges faces many problems,such as the low level of special teacher education in higher vocational schools,the increasingly difficult employment of graduates,the backwardness of the concept of running a higher education for the disabled,and the serious employment situation.In response to these problems,special education in higher vocational colleges can adopt the following development strategies: First,to upgrade the special teacher education and even the entire school's schooling level;second,to establish a higher-level integrated education concept,and to change the "problem perspective" into a "preferred perspective." Only in this way can special education in higher vocational colleges get out of the woods.
