构建立体化志愿服务体系 探索大学生党建有效模式——以鲁东大学外国语学院本科生党支部为例

Constructing a Three-dimensional Volunteer Service System and Exploring Effective Mode of College Student Party Building——Take the Undergraduate Party Branch of Foreign Languages Schoolof Ludong University as an Example

党的十九大报告提出"推进诚信建设和志愿服务制度化,强化社会责任意识、规则意识、奉献意识",这是对志愿服务发展的新要求、新期望。中共中央在《关于加强新形势下发展党员和党员教育管理的意见》中强调"开展党员承诺践诺和志愿服务活动,推动党员发挥先锋模范作用"。高校学生党员是青年学生中的先进分子,他们的志愿服务活动是新时期保持党员队伍先进性,提升党性修养,践行社会主义核心价值观的有效载体。鲁东大学外国语学院本科生党支部将党员志愿服务活动与支部建设有机结合,通过广泛调研和实践探索,构建了立体化的志愿服务体系,打造多层次、全方位的党员教育平台,培养学生党员及入党积极分子的奉献意识、服务意识和先锋意识,进一步发挥了基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。

The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress put forward "We will promote credibility building,institutionalize vol-unteer services,and heighten people's sense of social responsibility,awareness of rules,and sense of dedication".This is a new requirement and new expectation for the development of volunteer services.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized "We will carry out Party members' commitments and voluntary service activities,and promote our mem-bers to play an exemplary role." in the "Opinions on Strengthening the Education and Management of Party Members under the New Situation".Student Party members in colleges are progressives among young students.Their volunteer service acti-vities are effective carriers for maintaining the advanced nature of the Party members,enhancing the party's spirit culture and practicing the core values of socialism in the new era.The Undergraduate Party Branch of Foreign Languages School of Lu-dong University organically combines the volunteer service activities of the Party members with the branch construction.Through extensive investigations and practical explorations,a three-dimensional volunteer service system has been establish-ed.A multi-level,all-round party education platform has been established,and we will cultivate the dedication,service awareness,and pioneer consciousness of student Party members and Party activists.In doing so,we have further practiced the role of the primary-level Party organizations.
