大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观长效机制探究——以浙江大学为例

On the Long-term Mechanism of College Students' Cultivation and Practice of Socialist Core Values——Take Zhejiang University as an example

社会主义核心价值观凝聚了我国最广大人民群众的价值共识,是一笔伟大的精神财富。本文通过问卷调查的形式,对浙江大学培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的现状进行了调查,并通过分析,进一步提出高校培育大学生社会主义核心价值观的长效机制,具体包括内化教育机制、践行引导机制以及组织保障机制。要实现大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的最佳效果,三大机制应相互作用,形成合力,继而全面提升高校教育工作的主动性、导向性和实效性。

The core value of socialism embodies the value consensus of the broad masses of the people in our country and is a great spiritual wealth.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the status quo of Zhejiang University's cultivation and practice of socialist core values,and through analysis,further proposes a long-term mechanism for cultivating college students' socialist core values,including internalization education mechanism and practice,the guiding mech- anism and the organizational guarantee mechanism.To achieve the best effect of college students' socialist core values education,the three major mechanisms should interact and form a joint force,and then comprehensively enhance the initiative,orien-tation and effectiveness of college education.
