四川企业在法语国家开展工程建设项目的机遇、挑战和对策

Opportunities, Challenges and Countermeasures for Sichuan Enterprises to Carry out Engineering Construction Projects in French-speaking Countries

为响应"一带一路"倡议,四川省在2015年上半年提出了"251三年行动计划"。该计划明确指出要与"一带一路"沿线国家加强在四川优势产业、新兴产业、过剩产业的合作。非洲是四川企业的传统海外市场,但同时四川企业在我国整个对非洲外经工作中只占很少一部分。因此,四川企业进一步开拓非洲市场是大势所趋。本文就四川企业在非洲法语国家开展工程建设项目与外语院校在校企合作方面进行研究,为四川企业在这方面提供一些建议。

In response to the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,Sichuan Province proposed the "251 Three-Year Action Plan" in the first half of 2015.The plan clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with Sichuan's advan-tageous industries,emerging industries and surplus industries with countries along the "One Belt and One Road".Africa is a traditional overseas market for Sichuan enterprises,but at the same time Sichuan enterprises account for only a small part of the country's foreign work in Africa.Therefore,it is a general trend for Sichuan enterprises to further explore the African market.This paper studies the Sichuan enterprise's engineering construction projects in French-speaking African countries and the coop-eration between foreign language schools and enterprises,and provides some suggestions for Sichuan enterprises in this respect.
