高职院校学生学习动机现状调查与分析——以某航空高职院校为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Vocational College Students' Learning Motivation——Taking an aviation vocational college as an example

本文采用问卷调查的方法,对某航空高职院校学生的学习动机进行测量,结果表明:(1)高职院校学生整体学习动机有待增强,其中内生动机较高,外生动机较低;(2)男生在内生动机、外生动机上显著高于女生。(3)各年级在内生动机得分上无显著差异,而在外生动机得分上差异显著,其中依赖他人、追求回报两个维度上得分大二、大三学生显著高于大一学生。

This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to measure the learning motivation of students in an aviation vocational college.The results show that: (1) the overall learning motivation of vocational college students needs to be enh-anced,among which the internal vivid machine is higher and the external vivid machine is lower.(2) Boys are significantly higher than girls in vivid and external vivid machines.(3) There is no significant difference in the scores of vivid machines in each grade,but there are significant differences in the scores of the external vivid machines.Among them,the scores in the two dimensions of relying on others and pursuing returns are two,and the juniors are significantly higher than the freshmen.
