基于Android平台的电机运行状态预警系统

摘要 电机是机械传动系统中的重要部件,电机在运行过程中若因设备异常导致生产停运,将对企业效益产生不利影响。针对上述问题,提出基于Android平台的电机运行状态预警系统。系统主要由电机数据采集终端、云端服务器、Android手机客户端三大部分组成。数据采集终端负责实时采集电机温度、振动、电压、转速等关键信号,上位机对原始数据进行信号处理分析后上传至云端服务器MySQL数据库。云端服务器提供PHP设计访问接口,支持apache等接口访问操作。客户端与服务器之间以Http协议进行通信,客户端对获取的数据在Handle类中进行解析,并更新在客户端的uI界面上,以短信形式告知用户电机异常状态。测试表明,该APP占用客户端资源少,系统运行稳定,方便使用者查看电机的异常状态,有助于预防事故的发生。 The motor is an important part of the mechanical transmission system.If the motor is out of operation due to abnormal equipment during the operation,it will have an adverse effect on the company's profit.In response to the above problems,a pre-warning system of motor operating status based on the Android platform was proposed.The system is mainly composed of three parts :motor data collection terminal,cloud server,'and Android mobile client.The data ac- quisition terminal is responsible for collecting key signals such as motor temperature,vibration,voltage,and rotation speed in real time.The upper computer analyzes and processes the original data and uploads the data to the cloud server.The cloud server designs access interface with the PHP and supports interface access operations such as apache.The client and the server communicate with each other using the HTTP protocol.The client parses the acquired data in the Handle class,updates it on the UI interface of the client and informs the user the abnormal state of the motor in the form of message.Tests have shown that the APP take small part of resources of the client and the system runs stably.It is convenient for the user to check the abnormal state of the motor and helps prevent accidents.
