摘要
针对宁夏低压电流互感器(以下简称互感器)自动化检定系统(以下简称自动化系统)在使用中存在的技术环节设计缺陷,影响自动系统的自动化程度、检定效率和计量准确性的问题进行理论分析。通过在系统中增加对互感器图像识别的软件功能完善、优化系统检测软件功能及增加检测功率源的切换档位,同时要求互感器制造时对信息条形码高度增加的方法,使得在有效保证系统可靠运行的前提下,大大提高了系统的自动化程度、检定效率以及提高电能计量的准确性和检定可靠性。
The design defects of the technical links in the use of the automatic detection system (hereinafter referred to as the automation system)of the low-voltage current transformer (hereinafter referred to as the current transformer)in Ningxia affect the automation degree,detection efficiency and accuracy of the automatic system,which is analysed theoretically.By improving the software function of the transformer image recognition in the system,optimizing the software detection functions,increasing the switching gears of the detection power source,and increasing the height of information barcode in the manufacture of CT,the automatic degree of the system,the verification efficiency,and the accuracy and reliability of the measurement of electric energy are greatly improved on the premise of ensuring the reliable operation of the system.
