Indorama Ventures在墨西哥设立新的子公司

Indorama Ventures公司于2018年10月12日在一份监管文件中表示,已在墨西哥成立了一家新的子公司,并合并了两家现有公司。新的子公司Glanzstoff Industries Mexico由Indorama Netherlands拥有99.90%股权,由Indorama的间接子公司Glanzstoff Industries拥有0.10%股权。该公司从事化学纤维的生产。
