摘要
介绍了水环真空泵的三种常见故障:汽蚀、电机负荷增大以及真空度降低。对于汽蚀,主要分析了故障产生的原理及其所产生的影响,相应的应对措施主要是在设备上进行改进,如采用气蚀保护管以及增加大气喷射器等;对于电机过负荷故障,主要从真空泵的负载组成上分析其主要的产生原因,解决措施主要为周期性除垢以及改善水质等;真空度不足的主要原因为工作液温度高以及机台密封不良等,解决措施主要有增加用水量、降低水温以及定期检查机台密封等。
Three common faults of water ring vacuum pump, which is a vacuum pumping equipment, are introduced, such as cavitation, motor load increasing and vacuum degree decreasing. For cavitation, the mechanism of its failure and its influence are mainly analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures are to improve the equipment, such as adopting cavitation protection pipe and increasing air ejector, etc. For the fault of motor overload, the main causes are analyzed from the load composition of vacuum pump. The solutions are mainly periodic scale removal and improvement of water quality. The main reasons of vacuum insufficiency are high temperature of working fluid and bad sealing of machine, etc. The measures to solve this problem are to increase water consumption, reduce water temperature and check the seal of machine regularly.
