乙二醇解聚废旧聚酯及其产物分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究了乙二醇解聚废旧聚酯工艺,探索并明确了催化剂含量、废旧聚酯与乙二醇质量比、温度、时间等参数对非均相解聚效率的影响。试验结果表明:催化剂质量分数0.2%、废旧聚酯与乙二醇质量比1:3、常压反应温度196℃、反应时间2h为优化高效的醇解工艺,醇解率为100%,对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)产率达到80%。研究了醇解主要产物中BHET与低聚物的分离纯化工艺,通过DSC/TGA、FTIR、NMR等测试手段对分离组分进行了分析表征。 The depolymerization technology of waste polyester(PET)by using ethylene glycol was studied,effects of weight ratio of PET to ethylene glycol,depolymerizing temperature,depolymerizing time and other parameters on non-homogeneous depolymerization rate were investigated.With a catalyst content as 0.2%,PET-to-EG ratio as 1:3,reaction temperature as 196℃,reaction time as 2 h under normal pressure,an optical technology with a 100% depolymerization rate and 80% yield of bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate(BHET)was obtained.By separation and purification of glycolysis products to obtain oligomer and BHET,these two main components were characterised by methods of DSC/TGA,FTIR and NMR.
