摘要 以24头22dtex聚酰胺6全拉伸单丝为例,介绍了相应的纺丝设备及工艺:采用双通道纺丝组件,减少了纺丝位距;采用全并联结构的热媒循环系统对熔体管路和纺丝箱供热,提高了系统温度的均匀性;采用上部带排气孔下部为玻璃密封门的侧吹风装置,保证了丝束充分冷却,消除了丝束弯曲并丝的现象;采用压丝棒两端加装固定架的上油装置,提高了纤维上油的均匀性;采用两步拉伸加导盘喂入的技术,提高了纤维强力;采用“双胞胎”卷绕头,丝饼个数多,单个卷装大。 Taking 24 end 22 dtex polyamide 6 fully drawn monofilament as an example,the corresponding spinning equipment and process were described.Double channel spinning assembly is adopted to reduce the spinning space.The heat medium circulation system with full parallel structure is used to heat the melt pipe and the spin beam,which improves the uniformity of the system temperature.Air vent is on the upper side of the quench air,the lower end of the quench air is the glass seal door,which ensures that the fiber beam is fully cooled,eliminating the phenomenon of the bending and doubling.The uniformity of oil on the fiber is improved by using the upper oil device with fixed frame on both ends of the screw rod.The fiber strength is improved by using two-step drawing and guided plate feeding technology.Using twins-winder,the number of bobbin is large,and the single volume is significant.
