摘要
基于目前鞋靴定制存在的问题以及数字化定制平台发展的需求,以鞋靴数字化定制过程的脚一鞋匹配问题为研究内容,将模糊聚类方法引入到数字化鞋靴定制系统的开发中,构建了基于择近原则的模糊聚类模型。首先将脚长和跖围作为鞋靴号型归类的2个基本要素,确定聚类域和标准点,然后将客户的脚型数据点进行择近归类,进行脚型标准点和待识别点距离的计算,以实现脚型特征数据和鞋靴号型的最佳匹配,智能推荐合适的鞋靴号型。研究结果表明,构建的模糊聚类推理模型及推理方法在加快鞋靴的数字化定制进程方面有一定的参考意义。
Based on the existing problems of shoes customization and the demand of the development of digital customization platform, the fuzzy clustering method was applied in the development of digital system of shoes customization and a fuzzy clustering model based on the principle of proximity selection was constructed,taking the matching problem of foot and shoes in digital customization process as the content of the research.The foot length and the metatarsal circumference ware regarded as two basic elements of shoe size,the clustering domain and standard point were determined.The data points of customer's foot were classified to achieve the maximum matching between the foot characteristic data and the shoe size,aimed to recommending appropriate shoes size intelligently and guiding the precise customization of shoes scientifically.The results show that the fuzzy cluster reasoning model and reasoning method constructed have certain reference in speeding up the process of digital customization of shoes.
