莺脰湖内湖小茶室钢-木组合结构设计

Steel-wood composite structural design of small tea room in Yingdou Lake

摘要 莺腽湖内湖小茶室主体为单层建筑,屋脊高度6.6m,檐口高度5.05m,采用钢-木组合结构体系,内围由10根悬臂钢柱构成结构抗侧力系统,外围40根胶合木柱为重力柱,屋面水平构件均采用胶合木梁。钢-木组合结构设计不同于钢结构或木结构,参考欧洲标准BS EN 1998—1:2004的结构性能系数确定了本结构的地震作用计算参数,同时对钢构件与木构件的连接节点转动刚度进行了计算分析,采用MIDAS Gen软件对结构的整体指标进行了计算,结合《胶合木结构技术规范》(GB/T 50708-2012)和《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017-2017),对胶合木构件按非火灾与火灾两种承载力极限状态及对抗侧力钢柱按非火灾承载力极限状态分别进行了设计,分析结果表明结构安全可靠。本文的计算设计方法可供类似钢-木组合结构参考。 The main body of the small tea room in Yingdou Lake is a single-story building with the ridge of height of 6.6m and the cornice with height of 5.05m.The steel-wood composite structural system is adopted,and the inner structure is composed of 10 cantilever steel columns to form the structure's lateral force resisting system,the outer 40 glued laminated timber columns to act as gravity columns,and glued laminated timber beams as roof horizontal members.The steel-wood composite structural design was different from design of the steel structure or the wood structure.The structural performance coefficient of the European standard BS EN 1998-1:2004 was used to determine the seismic calculation parameters of the structure,and the rotational stiffness of the connection joint between the steel component and the wood component was calculated and analyzed.MIDAS Gen software was used to calculate the overall index of the structure.Combined with the Technical code of glued laminated timber structures (GB/T 50708-2012)and the Standard for design of steel structures (GB 50017-2017),the glued laminated timber members were designed according to the two bearing capacity limit states of non-fire and fire respectively and lateral force resisting steel columns were designed according to the non-fire bearing capacity limit state.The analysis results show that the structure is safe.The proposed calculation design method can be used as a reference for design of similar steel-wood composite structures.
