中药复方以及主要单味药抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Anti-myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound and the Main Single Herbs

目的:明确中药复方及其主要单味药防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤(Myocardialischemia-reperfusioninjury,MIRI)研究进展情况,为临床防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤及新药的研发提供依据。方法:检索CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库近5年中药复方及其所含主要单味药(包括有效成分)防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制的实验研究,从中择选具有代表性的中药复方及其所含主要单味药或某味中药有效成分均具有抗MIRI有效的文献进行综述。结果:检索、归纳、整理了有关中药复方如宣痹通络汤、黄连解毒汤、当归四逆汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、苓桂术甘汤、枳实薤白桂枝汤以及加减丹参饮、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、芪参益气滴丸等及其所含主要单味药(包括有效成分)抗MIRI研究的30篇中英文文献。结论:中药复方及其单味药能够多途径、多靶点作用于MIRI大鼠心肌细胞,减少梗死面积,改善心肌功能,降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤。

Objective: To clarify the progress of research of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription and its main single substance drugs in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI),so as to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of MIRI and the research and development of new drugs.Methods: Experimental studies were retrieved regarding traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription and its main single substance drugs(including active ingredients)in treating MIRI in nearly five years from CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,PubMed and other databases.Furthermore,the representative studies of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription and its main single substance or the effective ingredients of some traditional Chinese medicine with effective anti-MIRI effect were selected for a general review.Results: Over 30 English and Chinese literature were searched,summarized and arranged to explore the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions,including Xuanbi Tongluo decoction,Huanglian Jiedu decoction,Danggui Sini decoction,Huangqi Guizhi decoction of five ingredients,Linggui Zhugan decoction,Zhishi white Guizhi decoction,modified Danshen drink,Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,and Qi Shen Yi Qi Dripping pills and its main single substance drugs on MIRI.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription and its main single substance drugs can be used in MIRI rat myocardial cells by multiple pathways and targets to reduce infarct size,improve myocardial function,and decrease MIRI.
