Professor WANG Yiping's Experience in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

王亿平教授认为,糖尿病肾病病机多以本虚标实,阴阳、气血、五脏亏虚为本,主要是气阴两虚,以瘀血、痰湿、浊毒之邪为标。治疗上多以益气养阴、活血通络为关键,注重标本兼顾。但糖尿病肾病(早期、中期、晚期)在治疗上应分阶段辨证论治,在组方施治中应注重平衡阴阳、调理气血,同时增强机体的免疫能力。日常生活中应预防各种外邪的入侵,防止药物伤肾。

Professor WANG Yiping believes that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is mostly based on the deficiency of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood and the deficiency of the five Zang organs.It is mainly the deficiency of Qi and Yin,and the evil of blood stasis,phlegm dampness and turbid poison is the standard.Treatment is mostly based on supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals.However,the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(early,middle,late)should be divided into stages and syndrome differentiation.In the group treatment,we should pay attention to balance Yin and Yang,regulate Qi and blood,and enhance the immune ability of the body.In daily life,we should prevent all kinds of invasion and prevent drugs from damaging the kidneys.
