摘要
邵正斌主任认为气阴两虚、血瘀痰阻是冠心病合并2型糖尿病PCI术后的主要病机,贯穿疾病始终,在辨证论治基础上,强调以益气养阴兼以化痰通络为主要治法,临证加减。文章阐述了邵正斌主任治疗冠心病合并2型糖尿病经皮冠状动脉介入术后的经验方"益气养阴、化痰通络方"和一个病案。
SHAO Zhengbing thinks that both Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis and sputum obstruction are the main pathogenesis after PCI of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.This paper briefly introduces the experience of director SHAO Zhengbing in treating coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes after PCI,the experience prescription"Yiqi Yangyin and Huatan Tongluo"and a case.
