温针灸腰椎间盘突出症改善疼痛、恢复功能及预后作用分析

Analysis of Pain Improvement and Functional Recovery in Patient with Lumbar Disc Herniation by Acupuncture Measures

目的:分析温针灸措施对腰椎间盘突出的疼痛改善、功能恢复及预后的影响。方法:选取0例腰椎间盘突出患者分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予牵引疗法,观察组给予温针灸疗法。观察两组患者治疗效果、疼痛程度、腰部功能(步行、坐立、睡眠、社会生活、生活自理、提物等)及并发症情况。结果:观察组的总有效率(93.3%)与对照组(77.8%)相比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的VAS、Oswestry评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述评分明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均为出现明显的不良反应。结论:温针灸措施对腰椎间盘突出患者治疗效果显著,在临床中值得推广应用。

Objective To study pain improvement and functional recovery in patient with lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture measures.Methods 90 cases of patients were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)from January 2016 to December 2017.The control group was given traction therapy while the observation group was received acupuncture therapy.Therapeutic effect,pain level,lumbar function(walking,sitting,sleeping,social life,living and taking care of oneself)and prognostic complications of two groups were compared.Results Total efficiency(93.3%)of the observation group was significantly rather than the control group(77.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS,Oswestry scores of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)before treatment.Above scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion measures had significant therapeutic effect on patients.It was worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
