糖尿病是一种长期慢性代谢性疾病,随着人口老龄化和人们生活方式的改变,糖尿病发病率逐年上升。糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,其发病率、致残率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,日益受到医学界的重视。近年来,关于糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的中医认识和治疗逐渐深入,并且在临床实践中取得明显疗效,文章就近年来糖尿病性骨质疏松症的中医治疗作相关综述,以期更好地指导临床。

Diabetes is a long-term chronic metabolic disease.With the aging of the population and changes in people's lifestyles,the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year.Diabetic Osteoporosis(DOP)is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes.Its incidence and disability rate are high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.It is increasingly valued by the medical community.In recent years,the understanding and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis has gradually deepened and achieved remarkable curative effect in clinical practice.This article reviews recent Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic osteoporosis in order to better guide the clinical.
