高校教学改革中的三种倾向

摘要 随着高等教育的发展,我国高校在校生人数激增,高校专业设置更为丰富,而教学管理难度也相应加大。新时期,社会对创新型及复合型人才的迫切需求,使得高校教学改革成为必然。从传统的人才培养及办学模式中摆脱出来,创新发展理念,优化办学方式,实现优质人才的培养与输出。但是就当前高校的教学改革情况来看,也存在一定的误区。将其归纳为三种不良倾向,作为本文重点探讨的内容。 With the development of higher education,the number of students in colleges and universities in China has soared, the professional settings of colleges and universities have become more abundant,and the difficulty of teaching management has increased accordingly.In the new era,the urgent demand for innovative and compound talents in the society has made the reform of college teaching inevitable.Get rid of the traditional talent training and school-running mode,innovate the develop- ment concept,optimize the way of running schools,and realize the cultivation and output of high-quality talents.However,as far as the current teaching reforms in colleges and universities are concerned,there are certain misunderstandings.It is summarized into three kinds of bad tendencies,which are the focus of this paper.
