高校科技创新团队建设的问题和对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures Research for the Construction of Science andTechnology Innovation Team in the Universities

科技创新团队是我国高校科研模式的重要组成之一,创新团队是集聚创新要素、转化创新成果、实现人才资源优化配置的重要形式和途径。近年来,各高校高度重视科技创新团队建设,但是也面临诸多问题,如缺乏顶层设计,资金投入不足,临时拼凑现象严重等。本文介绍了高校科技创新团队组建方面的有关问题和对策研究。

University is an important part of the national innovation system,and the science and technology innovation team is one of the important compositions of the scientific research in the university as well.The innovation team is a key form to agglomerate the innovation resources,transform the innovation achievements,so that to realize the optimal configuration of the important talent resources.In recent years,although an increasing number of universities attach a great importance to the science and technology innovation team construction,they have encountered many problems,such as lack of the top-level design and the capital investment,serious pickup teams'phenomenon,etc.This paper introduces the countermeasures for solving the problems of the science and technology innovation team construction in the universities.
