College freshmen entered university from high school, on the one hand, the original balanced environment of secondary education has been broken;on the other hand, the environment of higher education has also put forward new requirements for college freshmen, which may lead to problems such as life adaptation, learning adaptation, interpersonal relationship adaptation and psychological adaptation. As a counselor who has the closest connection with freshmen, we should adopt various methods and forms to analyze and solve the problems that freshmen are prone to occur in different stages, so as to promote the overall and healthy development of freshmen, and truly become the life tutor and bosom friend of healthy life for the growth and success of students.
