Principles and Strategies for the Construction of Management Culture in Secondary Education

在现代学校管理中,教育教学管理是重点内容,教育管理质量和水平的高低可影响到学校的成败或兴衰。管理文化是中学的信念、目标、哲学伦理中的最本质和最核心体现。科学、合理、有序的教育管理和文化建设是提升中学办学质量、促进中学良好发展的重要途径,但现阶段中学管理文化建设还存在一些问题,制约了学校的持续性发展。本文旨在简要分析中学教育管理文化建设现状,并提出文化建设和教育管理的原则以及可行性策略,进而为中学教育教学的发展提供助推力。

In modern school management, education and teaching management is the key content, and the quality and level of education management can affect the success or failure of the school. Management culture is the most essential and core embodiment of the beliefs, goals, and philosophical ethics of middle school. Scientific, rational and orderly education management and cultural construction are important ways to improve the quality of running schools and promote the good development of middle schools. However, there are still some problems in the construction of middle school management culture,which restricts the sustainable development of schools. The purpose of this paper is to briefly analyze the current situation of the management culture construction of middle school education, and put forward the principles of cultural construction and education management as well as the feasibility strategies, which will provide assistance for the development of secondary education.
