上海农业类高职生择业倾向调查研究——以上海农林职业技术学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Career Selection Tendency of Agricultural Vocational College Students in Shanghai——Take Shanghai Vocational college of Agriculture and Forestry for example

学生择业倾向影响就业行为,学生择业倾向的研究对高校就业指导工作具有一定的实践意义。通过问卷调查发现:上海农业类高职院校学生的择业倾向存在着就业意愿强烈,就业期望值理性与攀高并存;从农意向不坚定,忠诚度有待提高;职业生涯规划意识和能力薄弱;学生择业服务需求与高校择业服务供给匹配度待提高等问题。根据这一结果,文章从增强专业认可度、提高就业指导质量、注重实践增强就业底气三方面提供了一些参考意见。

Students’ career selection tendency influences their employment behavior. The research on students’ career selection tendency has certain practical significance to the employment guidance of colleges. Through the questionnaire survey: it is found that Shanghai agricultural vocational college students have strong willingness to work and the employment expectation is both rational and high. The intention to work in farm area is not firm, loyalty needs to be improved;The matching between students’ demand for employment service and college’s supply for the service needs to be improved. According to this result,this paper provides some references from three aspects: enhancing professional recognition, improving the quality of employment guidance, paying attention to practice and enhancing employment confidence.
