摘要
胆汁淤积性肝病是婴儿期黄疸常见的原因之一,其病因甚多,且发病机制复杂。治疗上主要是促进肝功能恢复、改善胆汁流动、预防代谢紊乱、减少并发症、提高生活质量等。本文主要对目前婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病的治疗进展加以综述。
Cholestatic liver disease is one of the common reason of infant jaundice,and with numerous etiology and complicated pathogenesis.The treatment of cholestatic hepatopathy concentrates on promoting the recovery of liver function,improving bile acid flow,preventing metabolic disorders,reducing occurrence of complications,finaly improving the quality of life.This review mainly summarized the recent treatment progress of infant cholestatic liver disease.
