基于Logistic回归分析的喜炎平注射液不良反应影响因素分析

Analysis of Influential Factors of ADR caused by Xiyanping Injection Based on Logistic Regression Analysis

目的运用Logistic回归方法分析喜炎平注射液不良反应(ADR)的影响因素。方法汇总主要数据库中喜炎平注射液不良反应的文献报道及某三甲医院喜炎平注射液ADR报告,运用Logistic回归中的多因素分析法,分析喜炎平ADR的主要影响因素。结果 Logistic回归分析得到年龄段、用药过敏史、单次给药剂量、是否联合用药、用药时段是ADR的主要因素。结论运用Logistic回归分析,得到影响喜炎平注射液ADR的因素,为该药的临床合理应用提供参照。

OBJECTIVE The influential factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR) of Xiyanping injection were explored by Logistic regression analysis. METHODS 153 integrated medical records of Xiyanping injection were collected and the influential factors of ADR were analyzed by Logistic regression. RESULTS The stage of age, the history of drug allergy, the dose of drug, drug combination and use time were the main impact factors of the ADR. CONCLUSION The result which is analyzed by Logistic regression can decreased the incidence rate of ADR to a certain extent caused by Xiyanping injection.
