青海省区域创新发展能力评价

Evaluation of Regional Innovation and Development Capability in Qinghai

创新能力一直是青海省发展的短板,围绕生态文明建设这一主题必须充分发挥科技创新的带动作用,完成生态立省这一目标必须形成以科技创新为支撑的生产力体系。文章从创新投入与创新产出两方面对青海省创新能力现状进行阐述,运用主成分分析方法,对青海省创新发展能力进行了纵向与横向评价,并针对评价结果提出了对策建议,以期今后为青海省创新发展提供帮助。

Innovation ability has always been the shortcoming of Qinghai province development.Around the theme of ecological civilization construction,we must give full play to the leading role of scientific and technological innovation.This paper expounds the present situation of innovation ability in Qinghai Province from two aspects of innovation input and innovation output,and makes a vertical and horizontal evaluation of innovation development ability in Qinghai Province by using principal component analysis method,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the evaluation results,in order to provide help for innovation development in Qinghai Province in the future.
