认同视域下学术腐败成因及治理路径

The Formation Mechanism and Governance Path of Academic Corruption from the Perspective of Identity

学术认同是学术研究主体对自身职业属性、学术道德和学术价值形成的认知状态,学术认同异化和腐败认同是学术腐败产生和蔓延的心理基础。治理学术腐败必须重构行政与学术之间的权力配置,积极探索学术权力的实现模式,防止学术权力异化,强化各级学术管理部门的监管责任,改变学术权力监督和约束机制失能的局面,形成防止学术腐败的管控机制;加强学术道德建设,增强自律能力,自觉接受他律,净化学术风气,形成防止学术腐败的预防机制;确立教学与科研相统一的认同理念,建立防止学术腐败的前沿阵地。

Academic identity is the cognitive state of their own occupation attribute,the academic morality and the value of academic forthe researching subject,the dissimilation of academic research’s objective and corrupt identification is the psychological foundation of the spreading of academic corruption.The governance of academic corruption must reconstruct the power allocation between administration and academy,and explore actively the realizating mode of academic power,to prevent the dissimilation of academic power,strengthen at all levels of regulatory responsibility of the academic management departments,change the disability situation of the academic power supervision and restriction mechanism,to prevent the control mechanism of academic corruption;strengthen the academic moral construction,enhance self-discipline,accept consciously the heteronomy,purify academic atmosphere,to prevent the academic corruption prevention mechanism;establish the concept of identity unity of teaching and scientific research,set up to prevent the forefront of academic corruption.
