少数民族地区高职院校语文教学与心理教育结合之初探

摘要 我国是一个统一的多民族国家,少数民族大多聚集在西部地区或文化经济发展较为落后的地区。因为经济、文化和地域的不同,少数民族与汉族呈现出不同的心理特征。关注少数民族群体,探究少数民族心理健康和培养方法,对促进我国民族的整体发展、维护国家的稳定与统一,以及推动社会和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文主要从少数民族地区高职院校学生常见的心理问题和影响因素入手,具体就如何将少数民族地区高职院校学生的心理健康教育渗透至语文教学课程中的有效方法进行了探讨。 China is a multi-ethnic country,and the minority groups are mostly in the western region or the backward areas of cultural and economic development,relatively in the disadvantaged groups.Because of economic,cultural and geographical differences,ethnic minorities and the Han nationality show different psychological characteristics.It is of great practical significance to pay attention to the minority groups and to explore the mental health and maintenance methods of ethnic minorities,to promote the overall development of our nation,to maintain the stability and unity of the country,and to promote the harmonious development of the society.Based on this,this article mainly starts with the common psychological problems and influencing factors of students in Higher Vocational Colleges in minority areas,and discusses how to penetrate the effective methods of mental health education of vocational college students into Chinese teaching courses in minority areas.
