兰炭灰熔融特性的计算模型 被引量:7

Calculating model for melting characteristics of semi coke

摘要 采用灰熔点测定仪对3种兰炭样品的灰熔融特性进行试验研究,同时采用Matlab软件和经验公式对其进行拟合计算,并与试验值对比分析。结果表明,兰炭灰分中钙含量较高,硅、铝含量较低,氧化铁含量较高。兰炭的灰熔融特性温度相对较低,3种兰炭灰的软化温度分别为1159、1154和1234℃。Matlab的计算结果与试验值相差较大,经验公式的计算结果则与试验值基本相同,表明兰炭灰中各成分间的互相作用对软化温度影响较大。因此,基于灰分中各成分间存在相互作用的经验公式法适宜用于兰炭灰成分预测。 An ash fusion point determination meter was used to determine the melting temperature of three kinds of semi-coke ash samples,whose fitting calculation was conducted by Matlab software and empirical formula and compared with the experimental values.The experiment results showed that the content of calcium oxide and iron oxide in ash was higher,and the content of silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide was lower.Therefore,the melting temperature of the semi-coke ash samples was relatively lower than that of coals,and it was 1 159,1 154 and 1 234℃,respectively.The result calculated by Matlab software was much lower than that measured by experiments,while the empirical formula calculation value was almost the same with the experimental value,showing that the interaction between ash components had a great influence on the melting temperature of semi-coke ash.Thus,it was proper for the empirical formula to predict the melting temperature of semi-coke.
