冶金煤气预还原-冷却烧结矿工艺的提出与展望 被引量:2

Introduction and prospect of pre-reduction-cooling sinter by metallurgical gas

摘要 根据目前国内外抑制烧结矿粉化技术的研究进展,同时借鉴了竖罐式余热回收装置,提出了利用烧结矿余热在竖炉内使用冶金煤气预还原-冷却烧结矿的新工艺。研究表明,该工艺利用冶金煤气对高温烧结矿进行预还原、冷却,能大幅度改善烧结矿在高炉内的低温还原粉化,同时兼顾实现烧结矿余热的高效利用。随着烧结矿冷却速率的降低,烧结矿中的Fe2O3逐渐消失,FeO含量逐渐增加,烧结矿的还原粉化指数RDI+6.3和RDI+3 15有显著的增加,RDI-0 5逐渐降低。研究结果为实现该工艺在生产实际中的应用提出待解决的关键问题。 According to the research progress of low temperature reduction degradation index(RDI) of sinter at home and abroad, and drawing on the vertical tank type waste heat recovery device, a new process of pre-reduction-cooling sinter in the shaft furnace using metallurgical gas was proposed. The process utilizes metallurgical gas to pre-reduction and cool the high-temperature sinter, which can greatly improve the RDI of the sinter in the blast furnace, and at the same time achieve the efficient utilization of the residual heat of the sinter. The results show that, with the decreasing of sinter cooling rate, Fe2O3 in sinter gradually disappears, FeO content gradually increases, RDI+6.3 and RDI+3.15 of sinter significantly increase, and RDI-0.5 gradually decreases. The research results propose key issues to be solved in order to realize the application of the process in production practice.
